Vortexia has a Be Right Back scene built in, and it lives inside the same OBS Browser Source you already use for the visual. Open the Scenes tab in the dashboard and choose Be Right Back: your stream shows BE RIGHT BACK over the live visual, with an optional line of your own underneath, such as how long you will be. The visual keeps reacting to whatever music is playing, so the break screen never sits still, and you switch back to the plain visual from the same tab when you return. There is no second OBS scene to build and no video file to repeat, because nothing is pre-rendered. The same tab holds Starting Soon, with a countdown, and Stream Ending, which shows STREAM OFFLINE with a message of your own. Every scene is free.
How to use A Be Right Back Screen That Keeps Moving
Add Vortexia to OBS once. Copy your OBS link from the dashboard and add it as a Browser Source. It is the same source that shows your visual.
Choose Be Right Back. In the Vortexia dashboard, open the Scenes tab and choose Be Right Back.
Add a message. Type an optional line to show under the heading, such as how long you will be.
Switch back when you return. Choose Only Visuals in the same tab. Keep the dashboard tab open so the visual keeps hearing your audio.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate OBS scene for my break screen?
No. The break screen is drawn by the same Browser Source that shows your visual, so choosing a scene in the Vortexia dashboard changes what OBS shows within a second or two. You can still give the source its own OBS scene if you prefer switching inside OBS; it just is not required.
Can I change the message?
Yes. Be Right Back shows BE RIGHT BACK with an optional line underneath, such as “Grabbing a drink” or “Back in five”. Stream Ending shows STREAM OFFLINE with your own line, for example a thank-you or your next stream time.
Does the visual keep reacting while I am away?
Yes, to whatever audio is playing, as long as the Vortexia dashboard tab stays open, because that tab is what listens. It can be minimised; it cannot be closed.
What else is in the Scenes tab?
Starting Soon, with a countdown you can set from 1 to 30 minutes; Be Right Back; Stream Ending; and Only Visuals, the clean output with no text.
Is it free?
Yes. Every scene is on the free plan, which renders at 720p and 30fps with a small watermark. Plus removes the watermark and renders at 1080p and 60fps.
