What is Psychedelic Fractals That Keep Up With Psytrance?

Vortexia is a free, browser-based fractal visualizer that keeps up with psytrance. At around 145 BPM a kick lands every 0.4 seconds, and Vortexia sends a pulse through the picture on each one that fades in about a fifth of a second, so every kick reads as its own hit instead of blurring into one flicker. Its beat detector follows tempos up to 240 BPM, and the dashboard shows the BPM it hears. Between the kicks, the rolling bassline, the mids and the high percussion each drive a different part of the motion. For more of a psychedelic look, the Kaleidoscope slider folds the fractal into mirrored symmetry and Glitch / RGB Split tears the colours apart; both work on every plan.
