What is Visuals That Hit as Hard as the Drop?

Vortexia is a free, browser-based visualizer that locks onto the low end, which is where dubstep and riddim live. Its beat detector watches the bass range with a threshold that adapts to the track, so it still finds the hits in a quiet intro and does not drown in a wall of sound after the drop. Each kick sends a punch through the picture that fades in about a fifth of a second, while the bass band keeps driving the motion between hits, so a wobble shows up as movement rather than a blur. For grit, raise Glitch / RGB Split: the colours tear apart, wider on the hi-hats. It pulses; it does not strobe.
