How to use Pro Visuals for Your TikTok Live
Customize the visual. Open the Vortexia dashboard, choose the Pro Visuals for Your TikTok Live preset, and adjust colour shift, zoom and iteration depth until it matches your show.
Copy the viewer URL. Click "Get Browser Source URL" — Vortexia will give you a permanent URL that loads this exact configuration anywhere.
Add it to TikTok Live. In TikTok Live, add a new Browser Source, paste the viewer URL, and set the canvas to 1920×1080 (or 1080×1920 for vertical). The visual is live as soon as the source loads.
Route your audio. Make sure the browser tab can hear the audio you want it to react to — most streamers route their stream output through a virtual audio cable so Vortexia and OBS hear the same mix.

Does it actually render vertical, or just crop a widescreen visual?
It renders vertical. The canvas takes its dimensions from the Browser Source, and the shader corrects for aspect ratio, so a 1080x1920 source draws a full-height image rather than a centre-cropped 16:9 one. Set the source size and nothing else changes.
Can I stream horizontal and vertical at once?
Yes. Vortexia is a single URL, so you can add it as a Browser Source in both a 1920x1080 scene and a 1080x1920 one. Both react to the same audio, and both update instantly when you change presets in the dashboard — which is what dual-format setups need, since Twitch now offers vertical viewing alongside the standard stream.
Can I make a clip for the TikTok feed, not just go live?
The dashboard records a 15-second vertical clip at 1080x1920, with the audio that drove the picture included so the two stay in time. It writes MP4 where the browser supports it, because TikTok and Instagram reject WebM. The two 3D engines record at 720x1280, since at full size they drop frames.
